'135 missiles were fired at Israel's Haifa city'
Today (7 October) the second biggest attack on Israel took place within the last one week. This time Hezbollah fired 135 'Fadi-1' missiles from Lebanon at Israel's Haifa region. This is considered to be Israel's third largest city. More than 10 people have been injured in this attack, after which there is chaos in the area.
Israel carried out 30 air strikes
The statement said, Islamic resistance fighters also fired rockets at Nimra base and Karmiel settlement. Meanwhile, Lebanese military sources told Xinhua news agency that Israel carried out 30 air strikes on towns, villages and open areas in southern Lebanon on Monday morning. Sources said 28 airstrikes were recorded on the city of Baalbek in eastern Lebanon and its surrounding areas, while Israeli artillery fired about 200 shells on more than 34 border villages and towns in southern Lebanon.
4 people including a Lebanese died
An airstrike targeting a house in the town of Srifa, in the western region of southern Lebanon, killed four civilians, including a member of the Lebanese army, sources said. Since September 23, the Israeli army has carried out intense attacks on Lebanon amid dangerous tensions with Hezbollah.
