Bhastrika Pranayam
In this pranayama, deep and fast breaths are inhaled and exhaled, which increases the amount of oxygen in the body. It helps in nourishing the eye cells, relieving stress and increasing mental energy.
Rolling your eyes
In this exercise, the eyes are moved up and down, right and left and in a circular motion. This activity increases the flexibility of the eyes, reduces fatigue and improves vision.
Palming

Bhramari Pranayam

Balasana (Child Pose)
Balasana is also known as "Child's Pose". To do this, sit on your knees and heels and place your head on the ground while stretching your hands forward. Do this for thirty seconds to one minute while breathing deeply. This asana relaxes the mind, relieves stress and improves eyesight.
