Shivakumar alias Biklu Shiva was standing outside his house near War Memorial Circle in Halasuru on Tuesday when assailants in a car attacked him with sharp-edged weapons. Pictures show Shiva's internal organs, including his brain, protruding out.
Bharatinagar Deputy Commissioner of Police D. Devaraj and Joint Commissioner of Police Ramesh Banoth have visited the spot. Further investigation is underway.
