Many filmmakers are nervous about competing with Ranveer Singh's spy thriller "Dhurandhar 2." The box office impact of "Dhurandhar 2" remains unabated, as the film once again posted impressive collections on Friday.

According to a Bollywood Hungama report, "Dhurandhar 2," which had collected ₹1,812 crore (approximately $1.812 billion) by Thursday, has reached ₹1,818.41 crore (approximately $1.818 billion) worldwide by Friday. This means the film earned over ₹6 crore (approximately $1.84 billion) on a single day, its 37th day, compared to its rival, "Bhoot Bangla," which earned around ₹5.5 crore (approximately $1.5 crore).

While "Dhurandhar 2" has become the second highest-grossing Indian film worldwide, behind Aamir Khan's "Dangal," it is also the highest-grossing Hindi film in India. The film's net collection at the Indian box office has reached ₹1,084.45 crore and gross collections have reached ₹1,347.14 crore.

Furthermore, despite being banned in Gulf countries, it has managed to make a strong impact in the overseas market. "Dhurandhar 2" has grossed a total of ₹471.27 crore overseas. It has become the first Indian film to trend at number one in six countries, from the UK to Australia, North America to New Zealand.
