News Topical, Digital Desk : From his debut film "Heropanti" to last year's release "Baaghi 4," actor Tiger Shroff has established himself as an action hero in his more than 10-year career. Tiger has repeatedly stated that he has no problem being called an "action hero."

However, he has now followed in Akshay Kumar's footsteps and, for the first time, is ready to take on a film in a genre other than action. Let's explore Tiger Shroff's new ventures below.

Leaving aside action, he took up the responsibility of making people laugh.

According to reports in Variety India, Tiger Shroff is set to star in a zombie comedy. He is expected to pair up with Shanaya Kapoor, who made her acting debut with films like "Aankhon Ki Gustakhiyaan" and the suspense thriller "Tu Aur Main." This will be the first time Tiger and Shanaya will be seen working together on screen.

The film will be directed by Ahmed Khan, who previously directed Tiger in films like "Baaghi 2," "Baaghi 3," and "Heropanti 2." It's being reported that both Tiger and Shanaya have given their verbal approval for the film, and shooting is expected to begin by the end of this year.

The zombie film craze began in 2013.

Very few films have been made with zombie themes in Hindi cinema. It began with the 2013 cult film "Go Goa Gone," starring Saif Ali Khan. A total of nine zombie-themed films have been made in India, most of which are in other languages.

It's worth noting that actor Ranveer Singh's upcoming film, "Pralay," is also said to be set in the zombie world. Akshay Kumar is already the king of comedy, a sample of which can be seen in "Bhooth Bangla," which is doing well at the box office. It will be interesting to see whether Tiger Shroff, who has given up action and tried his hand at comedy, can also become a comedy king like Bade Miyan.
