Rules of Vijaya Ekadashi

- After taking bath in the morning, take a vow of fasting in front of Lord Vishnu.

- Light a lamp of desi ghee and perform aarti.
- Recite the fast story.
- Chant the mantra 'Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevay'.
