Meat

Usually people eat meat at night, but do you know that eating them at night can increase uric acid. Especially organ meat (such as liver, kidney) and red meat (mutton, beef), which contain a lot of purine. In such a situation, eating it at night can be harmful, because digestion slows down during this time. Eating meat at night can cause uric acid crystals to accumulate in the joints, which  can increase the pain of gout  .

 

Sugary Foods

Eating sugary foods at night also  increases uric acid  . Sugar, sweets, sweet drinks and fructose rich foods are counted among the foods that increase uric acid rapidly. When you eat sweet things at night, it puts pressure on the liver and kidneys. As a result, uric acid increases rapidly and gout pain or joint swelling can become worse at night.

 

Jackfruit

Many people like jackfruit vegetable, but do you know that eating it at night can increase the problems of uric acid patients. Actually, it contains a lot of fructose, which produces uric acid in the liver. In such a situation, eating jackfruit can increase joint swelling, kidney problems and gout pain.
