Yes, this is the story of two innocent girls locked in Ghazipur district jail whose mother is in jail in a dowry murder case and because they were less than 6 years old, they were locked in the jail with their mother but according to the jail rules the responsibility of education of such children lies with the jail administration. Due to which today the jail administration got both the girls admitted in a school in the city where from today onwards the girls will get ready from the jail and go to school every day and then after finishing their studies they will again come and stay in the jail.

Today, their innocent children also suffer the consequences of the crimes committed by their parents and something similar is being seen in the district jail of Ghazipur. Where a total of five children below the age of 6 years are kept with their mothers along with women prisoners imprisoned for various crimes and the government has instructed for such children to be connected with education. Under this, Atirksha and Preeti daughters of Pankaj God living in the district jail were admitted today in Saraswati Vidya Mandir, a school run in the city itself, by the jail administration. After which today both the girls were sent to school with the female constable of the jail. While sending them to school, the jail superintendent as well as all the jail personnel were also present and during this time the happiness of going to school was visible on the faces of both the girls.

Jail Superintendent Jagdambika Prasad Dubey said that the two daughters of a woman prisoner in Ghazipur jail in a dowry murder case were Atriksha and Priti, whose age was between 3 years to 6 years and according to the Jail Manual 2022 for such girls and on the suggestion of the Child Welfare Committee, today both the girls were admitted to the school by the jail administration and they were sent to school for the first time today and while being sent to school, a lot of happiness was seen on the faces of both the girls.
