News Topical, Digital Desk : Another major accident was averted during the shooting of Kannada cinema's much-awaited film Kantara Chapter 1. Ever since the shooting of Kantara Chapter 1 has started, news of some untoward incident is coming out. So far, three members associated with this film have died. Now another shocking news is coming out from the set.
Kantara Chapter 1 is set to release in theatres this year. Rishabh Shetty is shooting the film in full swing, but in the meantime some such incidents are happening which have surprised the fans. Rishabh narrowly escaped during the shooting of the film. His boat capsized.
Another accident on the sets of Kantara Chapter 1
According to a recent report, a boat in which Rishabh Shetty was also present during the shooting of Kantara Chapter 1 capsized. Along with him, 30 crew members of the team were also present there. This accident happened in Mani reservoir in Masti Katte area of Shivmoga district. It is being said that the boat capsized during the shooting of the film. However, the actor and the rest of the people were rescued. However, the camera and other shooting equipment have drowned. Tirthahalli police has gone to the set and started investigation.
Is the matter related to ghosts?
The story of Kantara Chapter 1 will be based on the origin and relationship between the gods Panjurli and Guliga. Recently, theatre artist Ramdas Pujari, in a conversation with PTI, linked these incidents to ghosts. He said that making a film on the spirits (Bhoot-Devas) of South Kannada is risky, as such spirits are not in favor of commercialization. However, Rishab Shetty had completed all the rituals before shooting.
Meanwhile, another senior crew member told PTI that some people panicked when the boat capsized, but due to the shallow depth, everyone reached the shore safely. The crew member said, "This shows that the spirits have blessed us in some way."
Three deaths on the sets of Kaantara Chapter 1
In the recent past, three artists associated with Kantara Chapter 1 have lost their lives. A few days ago, a mimicry artist died of a heart attack on the set. Earlier, an artist died after drowning in a river. Earlier, a bus carrying actors to the shooting location also overturned in which a junior artist lost his life.
