Magh Purnima Puja Vidhi

On the day of Magh Purnima (Magh Purnima rituals), wake up before sunrise and start the puja after taking a bath. After this, spread a red cloth on the stool and place the idol of Lord Vishnu and Maa Lakshmi. Offer a flower garland. Offer sixteen makeup items to Maa Lakshmi. Light a lamp of desi ghee and perform Aarti. Chant the mantras of Vishnu ji and recite Vishnu Chalisa. After this, recite the Vrat Katha in a proper manner. Offer fruits and sweets and other things. In the end, pray for happiness and peace in life and distribute prasad among the people.
