Now there is a demand to remove Turkish dramas from OTT as well. The reason for this is that Turkey stood against India amid the recent India-Pakistan tension. Zee5 has already removed its Turkish shows and other streaming apps may also do so soon.

This decision has been taken after Turkey's continued support to Pakistan during tensions with India. Let us tell you that Turkish dramas are in great demand in India, with titles like Ertugrul, Feriha and Masoom becoming household names. All of them are winning the hearts of a large audience. However, after the recent developments, the platform has started pulling back. Instructions have not been issued by the government
