When Patna High Court's famous lawyer Kaushalendra Narayan Singh was contacted for the answers to all these questions, he clearly said that Tej Pratap Yadav seems to be completely trapped in this. There is no such law under the Hindu Marriage Act that allows a second or third marriage while having one wife. Kaushalendra Narayan Singh said that according to Hindu Marriage Act 55, it is mentioned in section 494 that if you are a Hindu, you cannot marry a second time while having one wife.
There is a section of 495 in it, which says that if the first wife or husband hides from each other that we are not married, we have got a legal divorce and if the divorce does not happen then you will be punished. However, in the DNS which came into force on 1 July 2023, section 81 and 82 defines that in this you will be punished normally for 10 years. He said that until the court does not give the final decision to Aishwarya and Tej Pratap, both are husband and wife and whoever Aishwarya takes to the court, they will definitely be punished.
At the same time, he said that the current discussion is that Anushka Yadav is 25 years old. Tej Pratap has revealed that he has been in a relationship for 12 years, so she must have been 13 years old at that time. According to his statement, he has been sexually abusing Anushka for 13 years. POCSO Act will be applied on this and section 376 will be applied. A case of rape will be registered.
Tej Pratap may be sentenced to life imprisonment
The way Tej Pratap has misled his family and the law, if Anushka really fights against him, then there will be a lot of problems.
