News Topical, Digital Desk : You will bow your head in shame after hearing what happened to the girls in RS Damani School located in Shahpur of Thane district of Maharashtra. The students are in shock after this incident. Their angry parents have demanded the arrest of the principal.

What is the whole matter?

This incident happened on Tuesday at RS Damani School in Thane's Shahpur district. Here, girl students of classes 5 to 10 were forcibly made to remove their clothes and were examined by the teachers because blood stains were found in the school bathroom. The school administration suspected that the floor might have become dirty due to menstruation or periods. The students were asked about their periods. According to sources, some of the students were forced to remove even their underwear so that it could be checked what caused the blood.

'No education, mental trauma given'

Parents allege that on suspicion of menstruation, some students were made to remove their undergarments and were examined. The age of the students is around 14 to 15 years. This incident became a mental trauma for the students. A parent, on the condition of anonymity, said, "Instead of giving proper education to the students about the natural process of menstruation, the principal put mental pressure on them. This is a shameful and disgusting act. 

Case filed against principal, teachers

After this incident came to light, there is a lot of anger among the parents against the school management. The police have registered a case against the principal, two trustees, four teachers and a cleaning staff and started investigation.
