Patna. Bihar Weather:  Monsoon is active in the state these days, due to which it is raining intermittently. The same situation will remain on Friday as well. 74 percent humidity was recorded in the air of the capital. On Thursday, the highest rainfall in the state was recorded in Araria, where 45 mm of rain fell.

3.3 mm rainfall was recorded in Patna. In the last 24 hours, rainfall occurred in Buxar, Aurangabad, Gaya, Nalanda, Nawada, Sheikhpura, Khagaria and Saharsa districts. According to scientists of Patna Meteorological Center, on Thursday the monsoon trough is passing through Ganganagar, Agra, Ranchi of Rajasthan to the Bay of Bengal.

Heavy rain expected in 4 districts of Bihar

On the other hand, a cyclone has formed from the Bay of Bengal to Jharkhand. On the other hand, heavy rains are expected in Bhagalpur, Purnia, Araria and Kishanganj in the state on Saturday.

The wind direction changed from easterly to westerly and the heavy rain made Bhagalpur's weather pleasant. There was a lot of trouble due to the strong sunshine since morning. Heavy rain alert in Bhagalpur too

Rainfall has been continuing in Bhagalpur for the last few days. This has given relief to people from the sticky heat. Due to the rain in the state including Bhagalpur, there is a problem of waterlogging at many places, while there are some districts where flood-like conditions prevail. Bihar Meteorological Service Center has issued an alert of heavy rain in many districts.

There is a possibility of light to moderate rainfall in many districts. The Meteorological Department said that there is also a possibility of lightning during this period. Movement of dense clouds will continue throughout the day. According to the Meteorological Department of Bihar Agricultural University, 24 mm rainfall was recorded on Thursday evening.

The maximum temperature was recorded at 33.6 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was recorded at 26.5 degrees Celsius. The westerly wind is blowing at a speed of seven kilometres per hour with 84 percent humidity. There is a possibility of rain at present.
