Putin gifted a bike
A few days later, Mark received a call. The Russian journalist told him that his story had gone viral in Russia and Putin himself had seen it. Russian officials promised Mark a new Ural motorbike worth $22,000. At first, Mark thought it was a hoax, but within 24 hours of the Trump-Putin meeting, Russian embassy officials contacted him and confirmed the delivery of the new bike.
The ceremony of handing over the gift was shown on Russian government TV. Mark said that he liked his old bike very much, but the new bike is much better than that. Expressing his happiness, he said, "I am surprised, this is amazing. Thank you very much."
Controversy over Putin's gift
