News Topical, Digital Desk : The first look teaser of Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayan was released on April 2nd, on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti. The movie stars Ranbir Kapoor as Ram and Sai Pallavi as Sita. However, some viewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the film.

In fact, the makers held a screening in the US before launching the teaser in India. Fans were displeased with the fact that, despite being an Indian film, the teaser was shown abroad first. Are the makers simply trying to make money?

What answer did Namit Malhotra give?

Now, the film's producer, Namit Malhotra, has responded to the criticism and urged a broader perspective on his move. Speaking to India Today, he said, "Don't create division. This is not the time for division. Indians in the US are thanking and appreciating us for hosting the event in the US. You have to understand the sentiments of the Indian people there."

One of the most talked-about elements of the teaser is its music, composed by Hans Zimmer and AR Rahman. Namit Malhotra is renowned worldwide for his VFX company, D-NEG, which has won eight Oscars to date.
