News Topical, Digital Desk : A tragic road accident occurred in Guna, Madhya Pradesh, on Saturday morning. A truck collided with a car belonging to a family from Uttar Pradesh, killing two people and injuring four others. The car was on its way to visit Mahakal.
Two people were killed and four others injured when a truck hit a car carrying a family from Uttar Pradesh on the Guna bypass in Madhya Pradesh on Saturday, police said. The deceased were identified as Shivlal Shukla (53) and Kunja Shukla (10).
The family was going to Ujjain for darshan.
The victim's family was traveling in a car from Unnao, Uttar Pradesh, to visit the Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain. They were involved in a collision near Piproda village in Guna, in front of the Regional Transport Officer (RTO). The car was completely damaged in the collision.
Cantonment police station in-charge Anoop Bhargava said that the injured were taken to the district hospital, while two seriously injured people were referred to Gwalior for better treatment. The police officer said, "We have registered a case and seized the vehicle. A search has been launched to arrest the accused."
