Russia has also imposed temporary restrictions on two other airports, one in Izhevsk, northeast of Kazan, and one in Saratov. However, the restrictions on Saratov were later lifted.

Russian state news agency TASS reported a drone attack on a residential complex in Kazan, a city located about 800 km east of Moscow. The agency said there were eight drone attacks on residential high-rise buildings. The agencies quoted local authorities as saying that no casualties were reported.
