
A van collided with a parked truck near Nelogi Cross in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, resulting in the death of five people and injuries to 11 others. All the deceased were residents of Bagalkot district. The injured were admitted to Kalaburagi Hospital and Kalaburagi Superintendent of Police A. Srinivasulu investigated the incident and registered a case at the Nelogi police station.
According to the information, the incident took place near Nelogi Cross in Kalaburagi district on Saturday morning at around 3:30 am in which a van collided with a truck parked on the roadside. On receiving the information about the incident, Kalaburagi Superintendent of Police A Srinivasulu reached the spot with the entire team and investigated the matter. Police have registered a case at Nelogi police station.
The accident happened while going to Khwaja Bande Dargah
It is being said that a maxicab (TT) collided with the rear of a parked lorry, killing five people. The names of the deceased are Wajid, Mehboobi, Priyanka and Mehboob, who died on the spot. The injured in the accident were admitted to GIMS Hospital in Kalaburagi for treatment. All the deceased are originally from Bagalkot district. The accident occurred when they were going to Khwaja Bande Nawaz Dargah in Kalaburagi.
