Police Commissioner B Dayanand said, 'A police constable was arrested for allegedly raping a 17-year-old rape victim girl. The victim had come to lodge a complaint and was raped on the pretext of getting help. Bommanahalli police have arrested two accused including a constable and sent them to jail. A constable Arun working in Bommanahalli PS and the victim's friend Vicky were arrested by the police. The victim's mother lodged a complaint with the Bommanahalli police. Mico Layout police have registered a case against both the accused under various sections of POCSO and BNS Act.'

A shocking case also came from Rajasthan

A shocking case has also come to light from Jaipur, Rajasthan. Here a seven-year-old girl was allegedly raped and then murdered by her neighbour. Police gave this information. Police said that the accused is 25 years old and has been arrested. 

Police said the girl went missing on Monday. Deputy Commissioner of Police (East) Tejaswini Gautam said that upon receiving a complaint, a police team launched a search and the girl's body was found on the terrace of her family's rented house. She said a forensic team was called to the spot to collect evidence, following which the accused neighbour was arrested. Police say the accused youth used to work with the girl's father.
