Terrorism is a threat to humanity: Dr. Ali Rashid
An all-party delegation of MPs led by Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Shinde held an important meeting in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Thursday . The MPs met Dr. Ali Rashid Al Numani, Chairman of the Committee on Defense Affairs, Interior and Foreign Affairs of the UAE Federal National Council.
Dr. Ali Rashid said that terrorism has no religion or nationality. It is a threat to humanity and the entire world. Dr. Ali Rashid said that we should come together as an international community and create a better future for humanity.
UAE will not support terrorism in any way: Jamal Mohammed
The delegation, during its meeting with Jamal Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi, Director General of National Media Office in Abu Dhabi, highlighted how India has been a victim of terror activities perpetrated by Pakistan. Speaking to ANI on Thursday, Srikant Shinde, who is leading the all-party delegation, said that Kaabi confirmed that the UAE will not support terrorism in any way.
We are not with any country that gives shelter to terrorism: UAE
Shrikant Shinde said the delegation told Jamal Mohammed Obaid al Kaabi how the Pahalgam attacks happened. India has been under attack for many years - Mumbai terror attacks, Pathankot attack, Pulwama attack. They were aware of it. They have given a clear message that they can never stand with such terrorist organisations or a country that shelters terrorists; that they are against terrorism and it is important for all countries to come together and fight terrorism."
