News Topical, Digital Desk : US President Donald Trump has demanded a Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation into alleged electoral fraud in the 2020 presidential election, calling it the biggest scam in American history. Trump also called for a halt to mail-in or early voting and advocated voter ID as potential ways to prevent election fraud.

He also criticized California's Proposition 50, which would redraw congressional districts. "The 2020 presidential election was a colossal scam. Look what happened to our country when a crooked fool became our president," Trump posted on Truthout Social. "Now we know everything. Hopefully, the Justice Department will pursue this case with the vigor befitting the biggest scam in American history. If not, it will happen again, including in the upcoming midterm elections."

Obama also supported ballot voting.

He compared it to the NBA gambling scandal. He alleged that voting for California's Proposition 50 was completely dishonest. Millions of ballots are being sent to the state. He urged Republicans to be smart before it's too late.

Proposition No. 50 in California would allow Democrats to replace maps drawn by an independent commission with new maps that would be used in the upcoming midterm elections and redraw congressional districts in the state.

This could potentially flip five Republican-held US House seats. Former President Barack Obama has also supported ballot initiative voting on November 4, even though early voting has already begun. The Justice Department will send election observers to several California counties on Election Day. The department says they will "ensure transparency, ballot security, and compliance with federal law."
