Dogs created terror in Bahraich
Let us tell you that news of children dying in stray dog attacks is being heard frequently in different parts of the country. A few weeks ago, a girl died in stray dog attacks in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh, while 14 people were injured. In view of this terror of dogs, officials were advising through loudspeakers in the affected villages of Shivpur and Mahsi development blocks that the villagers should come out of their houses with sticks in their hands in the evening. The terror of dogs can be gauged from the fact that District Magistrate Monica Rani has issued an advisory and instructed children not to come out of their houses alone.
