Apart from this, the scene of devastation due to floods is also being seen in Haryana and Punjab. 

Yamuna water level is decreasing

The water of Yamuna river has entered many areas of the capital Delhi. However, now the water level of Yamuna river in Delhi has also started decreasing. The water level of Yamuna was recorded at 205.65 at 5 am on Sunday. It is expected that soon the water of Yamuna will come down from the residential areas of Delhi. Talking about the weather, an alert has been issued regarding rain in Delhi-NCR today also. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in Delhi and surrounding areas by afternoon or evening. Apart from this, the sun will also shine intermittently in the sky.

Devastation due to floods in Punjab

Apart from Delhi, if we talk about Punjab, this state is also in the grip of disaster. Due to floods in the rivers of Punjab, about 23 districts have come under its grip. 46 people have died due to floods in Punjab. Apart from this, people's homes, goods and livestock have also suffered a lot in the floods. More than 3.87 lakh population in 500 villages in Punjab is in the grip of floods. Apart from this, 1.74 lakh hectares of crops have also been destroyed. At the same time, relief operations are being run continuously for relief from floods. 

Rain alert in West UP

The effect of monsoon is still being seen in UP. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding rain in many districts of West Uttar Pradesh even today. At the same time, light to moderate rain may occur in many districts of eastern Uttar Pradesh. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain, waterlogging, and strong winds in many areas of UP. At the same time, many rivers in UP are also in spate due to rain. Here the Yamuna river coming through Delhi is in flood, while the Ganges and other rivers are also in spate. 

Alert in Bihar too

Apart from this, the Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding rain and thunderstorm in some districts of Bihar. The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of lightning in some districts of Bihar. The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of light rain in the state. Apart from this, a yellow alert has been issued regarding thunderstorms and heavy rain in the entire state on September 9. After this, heavy rain is expected in the southern part of Bihar from September 10.
