He has built a house for himself on the land allotted for a physically handicapped Dalit. Siddaramaiah did this when he was the Deputy Chief Minister of the state. This allegation has been made.

He said that this is not the only case of land scam by Siddaramaiah in Mysore, there are many such irregularities committed by Siddaramaiah, they should be investigated. The case of irregularities in the land allotted to the Dalit is one of those 14 cases of land plots on which the Siddaramaiah family is suspected of committing a scam." The Union Minister alleged that Siddaramaiah's wife has built a house on the Dalit's land by illegally occupying it.

Land acquired through fake documents

Speaking to reporters, Kumaraswamy said, "A helpless Dalit named Sakamma paid Rs 24,000 to the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) for a plot of land, but Siddaramaiah got fake documents prepared in Sakamma's name and took over the 10,000 sq. ft. land allotted to her and built his own house on it. Through fake documents, this land was transferred to Siddaramaiah's wife's name."
