Police in Kerala have arrested six people. This action has been taken in the case of searching for pornographic photos of children. Police have also seized a total of 52 devices. Searching or collecting pornographic material related to children is a crime in the country. If you are found doing so, legal action is sure to be taken

37 cases also registered 

Kerala Police launched a big campaign against people who search, store and share pornographic pictures of children on the Internet. This campaign was state-wide. Police have arrested six people from several districts. 37 cases have also been registered. Kerala Police named this campaign Operation P-Hunt.

Police raided 455 places

According to Kerala Police, raids have been conducted at 455 places so far. All the six accused have been arrested from Malappuram, Kozhikode Rural, Kasargod, Pathanamthitta, Kollam City and Thiruvananthapuram Rural. The maximum search operation of 60 places was conducted in Malappuram district. Raids were conducted at 39 places in Thiruvananthapuram Rural District. Police have also seized 29 devices here. Police have seized a total of 23 devices in Malappuram.
