Chennai: The National Investigation Agency today (September 24) took major action against the Hizb ut-Tahrir Organization, which is banned in many countries around the world. The NIA is conducting raids at 11 locations of Hizb ut-Tahrir across Tamil Nadu in the terrorist conspiracy case.

The NIA conducted searches at the houses of people associated with the Hizb ut-Tahrir organization. A case was registered in the Chennai Police Department for recruiting people in the banned organization Hizb ut-Tahrir.

What does the organization do?

This organization is accused of brainwashing people. The organization brainwashes the youth and makes them carry out anti-national activities.

This organization prepares youth for jihad. It also trains terrorists to make biological weapons. Earlier, 16 people associated with Hizb-ut-Tahrir were arrested in Madhya Pradesh.
