Theatrical Release

Kingdom (July 31)

Directed by Gautham Tinnanuri, the film stars Vijay Deverakonda in the role of a police officer. The cast also includes Satyadev and Bhagyashree Borse in important roles. The music of the film is composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The film will be released in theatres

Son of Sardar 2 (August 1)

Ajay Devgn's most awaited film Son of Sardaar 2 is a sequel to Son of Sardaar released in the year 2012. It stars Ajay Devgn, Mrunal Thakur, Ravi Kishan, and Sanjay Mishra in the lead roles. The story revolves around Jassi, who moves to Scotland to make things right with his estranged wife but gets embroiled in a mob feud and a marriage scandal.

 

Dhadak 2 (August 1) 

Starring Tripti Dimri and Siddhant Chaturvedi, the film is a spiritual sequel to the 2018 film Dhadak. It is also a remake of the Tamil film Pariyerum Perumal (2018). The story revolves around the characters of Nilesh and Vidhi who fall in love but face many challenges due to social caste discrimination.

 

OTT Release

Glassheart (31 July)

Based on the novel by Miyo Wakagi, this Japanese series follows a talented drummer named Akane Saijo who is kicked out of her band just before her debut. Her life takes a turn when Naoki Fujitani recruits her to join the band Tenblank. The series will be released on Netflix.

 

Perfect Match Season 3 (August 2)

In this reality series, singles pair up and face various challenges. The winning couples can change the scene by setting up new dates for their fellow contestants, leading to new relationships and twists in the story. Meanwhile, those who don't find a pair face elimination, adding to the thrill and tension of the show. The show will stream on Netflix on Netflix.

My Oxford Year (1 August)

The film is inspired by Julia Whelan's novel of the same name. The story is about a young American woman named Anna who wants to fulfill her dream of studying at Oxford University. She falls in love with a British man who hides a secret that can turn her life upside down. It stars Sofia Carson and Corey Milechrist in lead roles. My Oxford Year will be released on Netflix.

Beyond the Bar (August 2)

This K-drama is the story of a female lawyer who has recently joined a new law firm. She is honest and confident but also a bit awkward. This television series has 12 episodes and will stream on Netflix.

Pati Patni Aur Panga (2nd August)

In this reality series, celebrity couples will be seen dealing with the complexities of their relationships. The aim of the show is to give couples fun and different challenges that test their relationship and also provide a dose of entertainment while creating an atmosphere of laughter and fun. The show will stream on Jio Hotstar.

Lean (July 31)

The sitcom stars comedian Lynne Morgan as a mother who, after her husband leaves her, begins her new life with the support of her family. The show also stars Kristen Johnston, Celia Weston and Blake Clark in supporting roles. The television series will stream on Netflix.
