He provided necessary guidance to officials on various aspects of the program, including security arrangements. He visited the Aarti site and other important locations to closely assess the preparations.

Guru Ji's unique sacrifice: welfare of entire humanity

Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji stood firmly against the atrocities of Aurangzeb and sacrificed his life to protect the religion. His devotees like Bhai Dayala Ji, Bhai Sati Das Ji, and Bhai Mati Das Ji also made unparalleled sacrifices. This gathering in Kurukshetra is also special because eight Guru Sahibans set their sacred feet on this holy land.

Approximately 28 historic Gurdwara Sahibs in the state preserve the memories of the Gurus. Since November 1, 2025, various programs dedicated to Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji have been organized across the state, and four pilgrimages have been organized from all corners of the state, attempting to spread the Guru's teachings to the masses. As part of this series of programs, a grand gathering has been organized in Kurukshetra today.

Jyotisar Experience Centre will also be inaugurated.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also visit the Experience Center established at the sacred Jyotisar. He will also inaugurate the divine conch, Panchajanya, the sacred conch of Lord Krishna. This occasion will mark the national celebration of Haryana's cultural and spiritual heritage.

It is noteworthy that the Experience Center was developed under the "Swadesh Darshan" scheme of the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The center offers a unique experience based on the theme of the Mahabharata. Built at a cost of approximately ₹200 crore, this magnificent complex brings the story, philosophy, history, and science of the Mahabharata to life through modern technologies.

The Panchajanya Memorial has been built within this complex to honor Lord Krishna's divine conch, Panchajanya, which symbolizes the victory of righteousness and truth. This massive conch weighs approximately 5 to 5.5 tons and stands 4 to 5 meters tall.

The Prime Minister will also participate in the Maha Aarti

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also participate in the grand Maha Aarti at the sacred Brahma Sarovar during the International Gita Mahotsav being held on the sacred land of Kurukshetra . The Gita Mahotsav, a global celebration of the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, the teachings of Lord Krishna to Arjuna, attracts millions of devotees and tourists every year.

This festival brings together scholars, artists, and practitioners of Sanskrit and spirituality from across the country and abroad to share the Gita's message of knowledge and action. The Maha Aarti, held on the banks of the sacred Brahma Sarovar amidst the flames of lamps, the reverberation of Vedic mantras, and the fervor of faith, will further enhance India's spiritual heritage and Kurukshetra's global recognition.
