A girl student was gang-raped in a law college in the city. The police have arrested three accused in connection with this incident. According to police sources, the accused include a former student and two employees of the same institute. At present, the police is busy interrogating the accused.
In her statement to the police, the victim said that the accused gang-raped her from 10 pm to 10.50 pm on June 25. During this time, the victim kept begging for mercy, but the brutes kept scratching her body.
The accused was arrested on June 26
After the victim's complaint, the police started looking for the accused and the accused were arrested on June 26. The police have also seized the mobile phones of the three accused and preparations are being made to take all three to court.
An officer said that the police have also called the family members of the accused and questioned them about the incident. However, during the interrogation of the family members, no specific information was given about the incident.
