According to Rajiv Chandrashekhar, BJP has already given its stand on this issue. Party President JP Nadda has made it clear that Nishikant Dubey's statement is personal and the party has nothing to do with it. I also completely agree with the party's decision.
Statement by Rajeev Chandrasekhar
While talking to news agency ANI, Rajiv Chandrashekhar said that "Whatever Nishikant Dubey and Dinesh Sharma had said about the Supreme Court and the Chief Justice, BJP has completely rejected it. The party's stand on this matter is my stand."
JP Nadda tweeted
Let us tell you that BJP President JP Nadda, while sharing the post on Twitter, wrote that “The Bharatiya Janata Party has nothing to do with the statements made by BJP MPs Nishikant Dubey and Dinesh Sharma on the judiciary and the Chief Justice of the country. This is their personal statement, but the BJP neither agrees with such statements nor has it ever supported such statements. The BJP completely rejects these statements.”

While talking to ANI, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey accused the Supreme Court of promoting religious conflict. He said that if the Supreme Court makes laws, then the Parliament House should be closed.
Questions were raised on repealing section 377
Talking about Section 377, Nishikant Dubey said that recently US President Donald Trump had also called homosexuality a crime and said that only men and women should be given recognition. Homosexuality is also considered a crime in Hindu, Muslim, Buddhist, Sikh and Jain religions. In such a situation, the Supreme Court suddenly woke up one day and struck down Section 377.
