In this regard, instructions were issued by the state's Department of Information and Cultural Affairs on Wednesday.
Mamata issued instructions for cinema halls amid Bengali language movement
Prime time means from 3 pm to 9 pm. This directive has been issued as per the Bengal Film Act 1954. The state government said that the relevant law will be amended in this regard.
Mamata government has clearly stated that this directive will come into effect from the moment it is issued and will remain effective until a new directive is issued.
