On the basis of intelligence input, Indian Railways has issued an advisory for non-Kashmiri employees posted in Kashmir. Any non-Kashmiri railway employee has been prohibited from going out alone. These employees are also being provided security by RPF for coming and going to the office.

Following intelligence inputs, the railways has beefed up security for non-Kashmiri employees. Security forces have become alert and patrolling has been increased. The advisory said that Pakistan's ISI and its affiliated terrorist organizations are planning to attack non-locals, police personnel (especially CID) and Kashmiri Pandits. According to intelligence inputs, these people can be targeted especially in Srinagar and Ganderbal districts.
There have been warnings of possible attacks against railway employees and other non-local civilians, railway employees and railway infrastructure. Intelligence inputs say that terrorists may carry out attacks targeting railway infrastructure, railway employees and other non-local personnel in Kashmir.
Tourists were attacked on 22 April
Let us tell you that on 22 April, terrorists attacked tourists in Pahalgam. 26 tourists were killed in this attack while 17 were injured. After this, India announced to take strict action. Indus Water Treaty was cancelled. Visas were cancelled and Pakistanis present in India were asked to leave the country within 48 hours.
