India's Minister of State for Civil Aviation and Cooperation Muralidhar Mahal has given information about this on the social media platform X. He tweeted - “Update on airspace restrictions, Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) banning Pakistani aircraft from entering Indian airspace has been officially extended till 23 August 2025. This extension reflects continued strategic considerations and is in line with existing security protocols. Stay tuned for further updates.”

Air force exercise on Indo-Pak border

From 23 to 25 July 2025, the Indian Air Force is going to conduct a major exercise on the India-Pakistan border in Rajasthan. Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) has also been issued for this. Let us tell you that during Operation Sindoor, Pakistan tried to target Barmer, Jaisalmer, Bikaner and Sri Ganganagar districts of Rajasthan with drones and missiles. However, all the attacks of Pakistan were foiled.

What happened from the terrorist attack to Operation Sindoor?

In Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistani terrorists killed about 26 tourists after asking their religion. In response to this terrorist attack, the Indian armed forces destroyed the hideouts of Pakistani terrorists by firing missiles and drones. This operation of the army was named Operation Sindoor. The Pakistani army, enraged by the attack on the terrorists, tried to attack India and fired hundreds of drones, missiles and also sent fighter planes. But India's air defense system foiled all the attacks. After this, the Indian Air Force badly destroyed many aircraft and airbases of Pakistan. After this, Pakistan requested for a ceasefire, after which the conflict stopped. During this entire incident, more than 100 Pakistani terrorists and a large number of soldiers and officers of the armed forces were also killed.
