This video comes from Israel (Israel-Hamas Peace Talk), and the man dancing while hugging his girlfriend had been imprisoned by Hamas for the past two years.
Amid the peace agreement between Israel and Hamas, Hamas has released 20 Israeli hostages. Avinatan is one of the names on this list. Avinatan and Arghamani were also taken captive by Hamas after the attack on Israel on October 7, 2025.
IDF released video
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) secured Arghamani's release last year, but Avinatan remained in Hamas' custody. However, Hamas has now released Avinatan along with 20 other hostages. A video of Avinatan and Arghamani's reunion has surfaced, showing them happily dancing together.

Hamas had kidnapped
On October 7, 2023, Arghamani and Avinatan arrived at a Nova music festival. Meanwhile, Hamas attacked Israel. The attack caused a stampede throughout the festival, and the couple was separated.
Hamas fighters forced Arghamani onto a bike and took her to Gaza. Arghamani kept asking about Avinatan. She didn't know what had happened to him. Whether he was even alive, and if so, where was he?
Arghamani was released last year
Arghamani, an Israeli citizen of Chinese origin, was released by the IDF last year after 245 days in captivity. Since then, Arghamani has been pleading for the release of Israeli hostages. After videos emerged from Gaza, Arghamani learned that Avinatan was being held by Hamas. Hamas has now released him.
