Trump's entry on US passport! Limited edition with golden signature and photo to mark 250th anniversary

News Topical, Digital Desk : Donald Trump is once again in the headlines. This time, the reason is an unusual decision regarding the US passport, which is being prepared to include his picture.

The US State Department has confirmed that a special limited edition passport will be issued to mark the 250th anniversary of the country's independence.

According to reports, this special passport will include two designs. The first design will feature Donald Trump's official photo above the US Declaration of Independence, with his golden signature below it.

The second design will include historical paintings of America's Founding Fathers.

Will be released on the 250th anniversary

Giving information on the social media platform X, State Department spokesman Tommy Pigott said that America will issue this special passport in limited numbers to commemorate its 250th anniversary.

According to the information, this limited edition passport will be available only in Washington, DC, while stocks last. There will be no additional charge. However, it is unclear whether applicants will have the option to opt out.

Rarely do politicians have photos on passports 

Experts say it is rare for democratic countries to use images of sitting leaders on passports. Typically, passports feature images of historical sites, national symbols or important events.

Current US passports also feature historical images such as the moon landing and the Statue of Liberty.

According to reports, there have been numerous instances of Donald Trump's name and image being included on government institutions during his tenure and beyond. Recently, the US Treasury Department indicated that his signature may also be included on the country's currency, which would be another major change.
