Several posts have incorrectly identified her as an HDFC Bank employee. We would like to clarify that this woman is not an HDFC Bank employee. The behavior of the voice in the clip is neither acceptable nor reflective of our values ​​as an organization.”

Hashtags like #BoycottHDFC and #RespectOurJawans have started trending on social media. One user wrote, "This is anti-national behavior. The bank should take immediate action." Another user said, "It is our duty to respect our soldiers; we cannot tolerate such employees."
