Vipin Jadhav and Pinky Mali were also on board the plane along with Ajit Pawar. Both of them also lost their lives in the accident. DGCA confirmed that all the people on board the plane including Ajit Pawar died in the accident. The number of his aircraft was Learjet 45XR. Its type code was LJ45. Its mode was 80143D. Plane crashes after hitting a rock
It is noteworthy that Ajit Pawar was traveling by plane from Mumbai to address a rally in Baramati. However, his plane failed to land on the airstrip in Baramati and crashed in a nearby field. It is being reported that the plane struck a rock. His family and loved ones are in shock upon hearing the news of Ajit Pawar's death. They find it difficult to believe this news.
The Baramati plane crash was so devastating that the entire plane was completely destroyed. Only the tail and one wing were visible at the scene. The rest of the plane was badly burned.
