News Topical, Digital Desk : A heartbreaking incident has come to light from Bengaluru, where the burnt body of a 13-year-old boy was found in a deserted area. The child was missing since Wednesday evening and while searching for him, the family also received a ransom call.

The police took action in this case and arrested two accused, one of whom turned out to be an old acquaintance of the family. The incident took place in a deserted place near Kaggalipura Road in Bengaluru.

 

The class 8 student was innocent

The burnt body of 13-year-old Nischal was found on Thursday. He was a student of class 8 in Christ School. Nischal left home on Wednesday evening at 5 pm saying that he was going for tuition, but when he did not return home till 7.30 pm, his father Jesse Achit spoke to the tuition teacher. The teacher told that Nischal had left the tuition on time.

After this, the family started looking for the child and then they found Nischal's bicycle near Arekare Family Park. At the same time, a call came from an unknown number and a ransom of Rs 5 lakh was demanded.

 

The accused got injured in the police encounter

After this, the police registered a missing and kidnapping case at Hulemavu police station. The police started a search operation by tracking the location of the call and the child's body was recovered on Guruvap.

After this, on Thursday night, the police tried to catch two suspects, but they tried to attack the police. In response, the police opened fire, in which both were injured.

 

Who is the mastermind?

Accused Gurumurthy was shot in both legs, while Gopal Krishna was shot in one leg. Police said that they fired a total of six bullets in self-defense. Gurumurthy earlier worked as a driver in the victim's house and is believed to be the mastermind of this case.
