• Western UP: Districts such as Saharanpur, Muzaffarnagar, and Meerut are expected to experience light rain on February 27 and 28.

Haryana:

• Rainfall Forecast: Regions including Gurugram, Faridabad, and Karnal may witness light to moderate rainfall on February 27 and 28.
