Mobikwik's IPO is making a splash in the grey market premium. According to a Business Standard report, on Monday, December 16, its shares were trading at a premium of Rs 165 in the grey market, which is 59.14 per cent higher than the issue price. Let us tell you, Mobikwik wants to raise Rs 572 crore through this IPO. The company will issue 2,05,01,792 new shares. This IPO does not include an Offer for Sale (OFS). That is, it is a mainboard IPO and will be listed on BSE and NSE.
