A bomb blast has taken place in the capital of Afghanistan. Taliban refugee minister and most wanted terrorist Khalil Haqqani has died in this blast.

 

The US had announced a bounty of 5 million dollars on Haqqani. Khalil Haqqani was roaming freely since the Taliban took over Afghanistan. The United Nations has also declared him a global terrorist.
