Ingredients for making puffed rice laddus

  • Puffed rice - 300 grams
  • Jaggery - 300 grams
  • Ghee - 5 teaspoons
  • Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon

Method of making puffed rice laddu

  • To make puffed rice laddus, first take the puffed rice in a vessel and clean it.
  • Then break the jaggery into pieces and keep it aside.
  • After this, put jaggery in a pan and melt it.
  • Then add ghee and cardamom powder to it.
  • After this add water to it and cook it well.
  • Then when the syrup starts cooking, add puffed rice to it and keep stirring continuously.
  • After this, cook it for about 5 minutes and turn off the gas.
  • Then when this mixture cools down a bit, make laddus from it.
  • Your tasty puffed rice laddus are ready.
