  • Now sit in this posture for 10 to 20 minutes or else walk forward and backward alternately in this posture with folded hands.

bhujangasana

Bhujangasana or Cobra Pose proves to be beneficial in many ways. Doing this strengthens the back muscles and also reduces abdominal fat. Not only this, this asana is also very effective in bronchitis and asthma.

How to do

  • To do this, first lie down on the ground on your chest in such a way that

  • Keep the palms of both hands close to the ground and keep the elbows raised upwards.
  • After this, while inhaling, lift your head and upper body upwards.
  • Then with the help of the lower back, lift the chest in the air and breathe in this posture 5 to 10 times.
  • Then while breathing, slowly bend the chin down and then return to the first position.

Ardhakati Chakrasana
