In a recent interview with Tele Talk, Mamta Lahri was asked if she ever gets annoyed with her husband and Nia Sharma's jodi in Laughter Chefs 2? In response to this, she said that she is not jealous of it at all. In fact, she also enjoys it and has even watched the show. Mamta also said that teasing and joking is Sudesh's job, so he has to do it.

Mamta said, “I don't feel jealous. I like it. I have seen the show. Do it, it is such a job. Why do you have to do this? Why did you do this to the girl? Why did you do mischief, I like it. It is my livelihood, I have to do it.”

Both of them got married at a young age

Sudesh and Mamta got married at a very young age. They were just 15 and 17 years old. In the same interview, the comedian told that Mamta was the younger sister of his sister-in-law. They got married at such a young age because Sudesh had told his family that if they wanted to get them married, they should do it now or else they would never get married. Because of this, both of them got married after just two hours.
