Agra.  UP News Hathras Stampede: After a large number of people were injured due to a stampede in Sakar Vishwa Hari's satsang, a green corridor was created from Hathras to Agra so that the injured do not get stuck in traffic jams.

As soon as the information about the serious accident in Hathras was received, the police-administration and the health department became active. The biggest concern was to take the injured to SN. For this, the police decided to create a green corridor from Hathras to Agra. Police from Govindpur police post located on Hathras border to Khandauli, Trans Yamuna, Kamla Nagar, New Agra, Hariparvat and MM Gate police station were alerted.

Police was alert on the information of bringing 30 dead bodies

Traffic police was also active on the roads and intersections. On receiving information about bringing more than 30 bodies to the post mortem house, the policemen posted at the police post got nervous. They started worrying about filling the Panchnama and meeting five people with everyone. Two ACPs and 50 policemen were deployed for the process of filling the Panchnama.

DCP City Suraj Rai monitored it. ADM City Anup Kumar and ACM First Ratan Kumar were also present at the postmortem house. Health department employees remained on alert at the district hospital and SN Medical College. Beds were prepared for the injured. More than a dozen stretchers were arranged near the emergency gate. Seeing the low light at the postmortem house, lights were installed there at night itself. Principal Dr. Prashant Gupta and ACP Kotwali Anand Kumar took stock of the arrangements.

Four people in a team

The health department formed three teams for post-mortem. Each team had a doctor, a pharmacist, a data operator and a cleaning worker. CMO Dr. Arun Srivastava said that the number of teams will also be increased if needed.
