The Enforcement Directorate (ED) raided 22 locations of lottery king Santiago Martin and his entity M/s Future Gaming and Hotel Services Pvt Ltd and other associates. This ED raid was conducted in Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Meghalaya and Punjab. During the search, ED has found objectionable documents, digital devices, cash worth Rs 12.41 crore. Apart from this, the central agency has also frozen FDRs worth Rs 6.42 crore. On November 14 also, ED raided 20 locations of Santiago Martin. Martin had also donated more than Rs 1,300 crore to political parties through electoral bonds.
