CM Yogi Adityanath: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a special meeting with all the officers of Additional Director General of Police level in Lucknow on Friday, in which he appeared in full action mode. During this, CM Yogi discussed the transfer of police officers and directed to implement the Citizen Charter in government offices and said that no file should remain pending in any office for more than three days.
CM Yogi said that files should not be pending in any office for a long time. There should be better communication and coordination between all the officers and units. So that work can be done faster with better coordination. He instructed the officers that "no file should be pending in any office for more than 3 days. If there is any kind of problem, then you can take time to meet the DGP office, Home Department or directly me (CM Yogi Adityanath)."
CM Yogi gave strict instructions
The Chief Minister gave strict instructions to the officials and said that it is important to resolve the complaints of common citizens as soon as possible. For this, the Citizen Charter should be effectively implemented in every office. If there is any delay in the work due to any reason, then accountability should be fixed.
He said that in the case of dependents of deceased, changes in the rules should be considered keeping in mind the age of the dependent. The rules for physical examination should be practical. It should be ensured that the cases of dependents of deceased are disposed of within the stipulated time limit.
During this time, CM Yogi Adityanath also expressed concern about the increasing cyber crime in the state and asked the officials to be alert about these incidents. He instructed, 'To prevent cyber crime, we have to be alert at every level. There is a need to increase awareness regarding cyber fraud. Seminars should be held from time to time with different sections including teachers, entrepreneurs, businessmen, doctors.'
