
News Topical, Digital Desk : A 17-year-old student died after falling from the 23rd floor of a society in Goregaon (East), Mumbai. This incident happened on Thursday. The shocking thing is that this is the fourth incident in this society when a student has died after falling from a building.
Ravindra Patil, senior police inspector of Aarey police station, said that even before this incident, 3 children had died after falling from a building. Investigation revealed that all of them were depressed due to some reason or the other, due to which they jumped from the building.

Patil further said that in this incident, it has not been revealed yet whether the girl jumped from the building or fell accidentally. During the investigation, we found a pencil near the girl and it also came to light that the girl was writing something on her bedroom window.
All the victims were between 16 and 22 years of age
Patil suspected that the girl might have fallen accidentally and said that we are investigating the case from every angle. Patil also said that in the last 10 months, 3 children in the society had jumped and died. The age of all the victims was between 16 to 22 years.
According to the police, the girl fell from the bedroom of her house. The flat was on the 23rd floor and the building has a total of 54 floors. The girl was a class 11 student and an only child. Her father is a builder.
immediately rushed to the nearest hospital
The girl was about to go to London for studies. At the time of the incident, her parents were at home, but were in their room. At around 3:30 in the afternoon, the girl fell down from the building. After which she was immediately taken to the nearest hospital, but the doctors declared her dead.
The police did a Panchnama and recorded the statement of the father. At present, the police have registered the case as an accidental death, but investigation is going on from every angle.
Patil further said that he and other experts will now meet all the children living in this building and their families. After understanding the problem faced by the children, if they need counselling then that will also be done so that no child takes such a step in future.
