News Topical, Digital Desk : The Indian government may claim that the supply of cooking gas is back on track, but the reality is that people are facing a variety of problems. Currently, the biggest issue is booking new cylinders. This problem has persisted for the past week. For the past two days, the server has been down altogether.

Server outages in Jaipur are preventing people from making new bookings. When they call helplines and agency numbers, most are either switched off or receive no proper response. When distressed individuals reach the agency offices, they are often denied a satisfactory answer and are often turned away, claiming bookings are only possible online.

People are getting worried about booking

According to reports, some consumers have been struggling with bookings for three days, while others have been struggling for four or five days. Most consumers are complaining about the government's stated deadline for bookings to be 25 days away. However, agencies say the rules have changed two days ago, and the next booking will now be 40 days away, not 25.

People forced to run around agencies

People are facing other problems with booking. Some are not receiving OTPs, while others are not receiving their slips at the agencies. People are tired of running around to the agencies, and even there, they don't get a satisfactory answer. Some have already run out of cylinders, while others are about to run out in a day or two.

People are deeply distressed. The agency has admitted that the server has been completely down for two days, but they also claim that it will be restored by this evening. People are worried about their kitchens.
